Had a constant drip from washer connections. Caused other problems as well with washer water inlet valve. Modern came in and diagnosed and found the best solution for Mr me.

I was able to speak to Ron about an issue I was having with my water heater; he was very accomodating and able to come out with really short notice to get it looked at. He looked at it for about 5 seconds and immediately figured out what the problem was and was very accomodating to get someone out there to fix it! Cost was about $235 once it was repaired, and it's been running smoothly ever since! Paying my bill over the phone was very easy, and I appreciate the responsiveness when the issue was first happening. Thank you guys so much for the great work! I'll be sure to call again if I have any further problems.
